  • Second Column

There once was a lady who lived in the, she didn't know what to do. So she found Peter and they ate pumpkins..

The gates of Winterfell are closed.

  • Third Column

It was a dark and stormy night. Only the men on the night watch were up at this freezing out.

Then multiple rows of torches lit up the sky in preparation for the attack.

  • Fourth Column

Arrows flew through the air leaving a trail of smoke. Each fell short on the mark.

The walls have saved the men on the night watch.

Martial Arts history:

My interest in Martial Arts has always been inside me for over a decade. It wasn't until 1995 when I met a kid from Oklahoma who started showing me some kicks from the Tae Kwon Do style. That fueled my interest into learning more about the arts. A guy who I used to work with informed me of a Tai Chi class that was being taught by Elizabeth Chan. I attended her class for about 1 1/2 years and started studying Kendo (the way of the sword), from her husband David Diguanco, up at Weber State University.

A little bit later on in time, I found out there was an Aikido class being taught by Sensei Jones, so I joined Aikido in addition to Kendo. I was able to attend those classes for about 2 years until my work schedule changed and I was not able to participate anymore.

My boss, when I used to work at Autoliv, told me about the White Dragons of Bushido school and that they had day classes that are taught during the day, so I was able to join them in October of 1999. I am still with the White Dragons as of this day and have attained one of my black belts through the USAKF, under Hanshi George Anderson.
